City excursions in Beijing and theme tours outside Beijing will be offered during, before and after the Congress. For detailed arrangements, prices and instructions about the tour, please refer to the information below.
How to book the tour:
Please visit the Tour Registration system http://meeting.yizhifubj.com.cn/web/main.action?meetingId=408 to make the reservation and complete your payment online (all charges will be made in RMB). Since onsite registration is unaccepted, we kindly advise you to book your tour before the following deadlines.
Note:1.The registration deadline of Theme Tours outside Beijing will be June 30, 2018, and for the City Excursion, it will be July 31, 2018.2.Either the Theme Tours outside Beijing or City Excursions might be cancelled or price fluctuations might be caused if less than 30 people register for the line. Tour itineraries are tentative and subject to objective changes.3. Please contact us (oec238c@pku.edu.cn) if you have a baby under 2 years old to carry before you make the tour reservation.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
The Tour Organization Team of the Congress must be notified of the cancellation of a tour. Only cancellations in writing (oec238c@pku.edu.cn) are accepted. A handling fee will apply according to the following policies.
