Note 1: Since the payment system is linked to a Chinese bank, there may also be a Foreign Purchase Transaction fee of 0% to 4% according to the policy of your local bank.

Note 2: There may also be a slight fee to change money into Chinese Yuan.

Note 3: WCP2018 committee can provide a receipt including the fee shown on the website, but not including the Foreign Purchase Transaction fee, or fee for changing foreign currently into Chinese Yuan.

3. Onsite Payment:

Participants may pay onsite in cash (is that in USD or in CNY), or with the following bank cards: Unionpay (either Credit Card or Debit Card), MasterCard, VISA, and JCB. 

Registration must be made through our official website, http://wcp2018.pku.edu.cn. If a problem arises, please contact the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@wcp2018.pku.edu.cn. 

Participants require an email address to register. Participants can use that account to submit registration, to pay the registration fee, to upload the paper and other access.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the secretariat by email at secretariat@wcp2018.pku.edu.cn. Please refer to following cancellation policy:

- Up until May 31, 2018 - Full refund

- June 1, 2018 and after - No refund

All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons only. The congress organization will pay the bank charge for refunds, but is not responsible for fluctuations in the currency exchange rate change.
